FAQ

Q:  Why can't users with Netscape browsers can not connect to my content?

A: Your must use redirect files (ASX, RSTP) to reference your content.  Do NOT reference your content directly with mms:// or rspt://.  Use these direct URL references in your reference files.  This will also keep  any reference to StreamCanada.com from your audience.

Q: Why can't users with older web browsers see my video, they can only hear the audio?

A: Make sure you are using the appropriate codec version for your audience.  Using newer codec's will give you the best quality and performance, but the new codec's are not always backward compatible with older operating systems or older media players.
